The Board wanted to acknowledge the loyal and dedicated service of Ed Papalardo and Gary Silberbauer.

Ed served for over three decades thru floods, hurricanes and a changing environment.

Gary contributed greatly to our strong fiscal position allowing us to keep our building in sound condition.

We all owe both gentlemen our sincere appreciation.
